The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), established in 1953, is India's leading professional society dedicated to the advancement of Electronics, Telecommunication, and Information Technology. Recognised by the Government of India as Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) and an institution of national eminence, IETE plays a key role in promoting technical excellence and national development.
IETE-ISF Student Chapter
The IETE-ISF Student Chapter at the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) aims to provide students with a platform to enhance technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional growth. Through workshops, seminars, conferences, and industry interactions, the chapter bridges the gap between academics and real-world applications while fostering innovation, leadership, and research-driven learning.

INCURSION is a multi-event academic competition that encourages students to showcase their knowledge, critical thinking, communication, and technical creativity through three sub-events:

Three sub-events designed to test knowledge, critical thinking, communication, and technical creativity.
Mind Heist Quiz
A rigorous quiz with Prelims and Finals rounds. Teams of 1–2 face 20 questions, with top 6 qualifying for the finals. Star-marked questions break ties.
